We present a detailed overview of each project stage.
The scope (number of stages included in a given project) is adjusted to the individual needs and expectations of the investor.

Stage 1

  • We analyse the market and the property’s location, sun exposure and assist with the purchase of the property.
  • We get to know each other  and your needs.

Stage 2

  • We familiarize ourselves with the floor plan and the realization deadline
  • If you like lots of different ideas but aren’t sure how to bring them together, we’ll help you. We’ll agree on a direction together to ensure the design is cohesive and to you like it.
  • We create a moodboard together.

Stage 3

  • Interior inventory – investment measurements
  • Functional layout – 3 floor plan options – we create a new floor plan to make the best use of the space

Stage 4

You will receive three different 3D models, which can be modified, with the final result presented as photorealistic renderings.

Stage 5 - Trips with a client

3 meetings with a client during which we select specific materials and review them in natural light.

Stage 6 -Documentation and cost estimate

Selection of specific products

You will receive a detailed list of products with links in the form of a spreadsheet (xls)
We provide cost estimates from our partner tradespeople (carpenter, stonemason, glazier)

Technical drawings
They define the detailed solutions so that every element can be created. Every tradesperson has access to the entire project.

Stage 7 - Supervisions

Various options – from basic single consultations to full supervision of the carried out work. We also offer turnkey solutions.
